Cierria Onukwube, a 21-year-old Black woman, was shot while driving in south Little Rock on the night of Sunday, March 18, 2018. Police were called around 10:38 p.m. to the area of 21st and Oak Street, where they found a vehicle that had left the roadway and come to rest between two homes. Inside were Onukwube and her passenger, 22-year-old Nathan Sullivan. Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene.
