On December 28, 2016, 25-year-old Blair Symone Sims was fatally shot at the Barrington Hills Apartments on Reservoir Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. inside the apartment she shared with her girlfriend, Alexia Stephens. Upon arrival, police found Sims with a gunshot wound to her upper torso; she was transported to UAMS Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
