On April 19, 2020, 39-year-old Porcha Gibson was found deceased from an apparent gunshot wound inside her apartment at Spanish Jon's Apartments on West 65th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. Earlier that afternoon, at approximately 3:05 p.m., 28-year-old Jarvis Washington arrived at Baptist Hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Before his condition deteriorated, leading to his death, Washington informed officers that he had been shot at the same apartment complex.
