On April 18, 2020, at approximately 9:46 p.m., Little Rock police responded to a ShotSpotter activation near 29th and South Monroe Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 33-year-old Kiero Turner deceased inside her vehicle, having suffered apparent gunshot wounds.

A short distance away, at the intersection of 28th and Madison Street, officers found Kiero's husband, Ricky Turner, aged 35, with life-threatening gunshot injuries. He was promptly transported to the University of Arkansa ...Read More
