In Little Rock, Arkansas, a senseless act of violence claimed the life of Shirley Jackson, a 60-year-old female, on April 27, 2017. The incident unfolded at a home daycare on Park Lane where Jackson was a dedicated caretaker. At the time of the fatal shooting, nine children were present inside the facility but were all safely reunited with their families.
