In the winter of 2014, in Little Rock, Arkansas, a devastating event cut short the life of 60-year-old Lisa Rochelle Minor. On December 17th, she was found deceased, a victim of gun violence. The incident also claimed the life of another woman, 86-year-old Betty Jo Chapman.
Authorities investigating the double homicide determined that the two women were mother and grandmother to the suspect.
Law enforcement officials believe the man was responsible for the deaths of both women before he ultimately turned the gun on himself. This tragic conclusion to the investigation meant that the individual suspected of ending the lives of Lisa Rochelle Minor and Betty Jo Chapman was also deceased.
The case, therefore, concluded with the identification of the suspect as the perpetrator of the two homicides, followed by his own suicide. No arrests were made in connection with the deaths of Minor and Chapman, as the sole suspect was deceased.
