In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 34-year-old Tartinisha Rainey was tragically cut short. Just after midnight on March 13, 2018, Rainey was the victim of a drive-by shooting that occurred at 900 W. 26th St. The violent encounter also left another individual, James Jackson, injured, though he ultimately survived the ordeal. Rainey, a resident of North Little Rock, was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
