In the summer of 2024, a tragic event unfolded in Little Rock, Arkansas, forever altering the lives of one family. On the afternoon of July 30th, police responded to a call of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered 39-year-old Shina Holmes, a female, suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response and life-saving efforts of medical personnel, she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
