In the early morning hours of June 13, 2019, the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, was rocked by a grim discovery at a residence situated at the intersection of West 16th Street and Cone Lane. Inside the home, authorities found the bodies of three females who had been fatally shot. One of the victims was identified as 24-year-old Ramonda Holmes.
