On June 20, 2020, Gayle A. Reynolds, aged 67, was found deceased in her home on Summershade Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas. She had been fatally shot, and her husband, Jeffery Reynolds, aged 69, was also found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. A dog in the household was also discovered deceased from a gunshot wound.
The Little Rock Police Department responded to the scene following a call from John Perdzock, Gayle's father, who discovered the bodies.
Upon arrival, officers confirmed the deaths and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Preliminary findings suggested that Jeffery Reynolds shot his wife and the dog before taking his own life.

She was an admired colleague at Seltech, Inc. in Little Rock, where she worked as an Inside Sales Manager for over 26 years. Her passing was deeply mourned by her family and colleagues.
No arrests were made in connection with this incident, as the evidence indicated that Jeffery Reynolds was the sole individual involved. The case was classified as a murder-suicide, and no further suspects were identified.
