In what was determined to be a tragic case of domestic violence, Kyleigh Lynn Hamilton, a 33-year-old woman, was found deceased in a Little Rock, Arkansas, home on June 23, 2023. The discovery was made after the Little Rock Fire Department responded to a house fire at 4800 Greenfield Drive. Once the fire was extinguished, authorities found four deceased individuals inside the residence.

Kyleigh Hamilton, born on April 9, 1990, in Anderson, Indiana, died from a gunshot wound. Also found deceased at the scene were 60-year-old James Hamilton and 37-year-old Thomas Hamilton, who also succumbed to gunshot wounds. The fourth individual was identified as 37-year-old Alexander Hamilton, whose death was ruled a suicide from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Little Rock Police Department Homicide Detectives investigated the incident and the bodies were sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for autopsies to confirm the causes of death. The investigation concluded that Alexander Hamilton was the suspect in the shooting deaths of Kyleigh, James, and Thomas Hamilton, making the event a triple murder-suicide. The case is considered solved as the primary suspect is deceased.

Kyleigh Hamilton was remembered as a cherished mother, daughter, and friend who had a deep appreciation for music and art. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and worked at the Walmart in Lonoke.
