In the late summer of 2014, the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, was rocked by a grim discovery that began with a house fire. On August 29th, emergency responders were dispatched to a residence on South Spring Street to battle a blaze. Inside the home, they found the bodies of 29-year-old Charity Hall, a Black female, and 41-year-old David Murphy.
