On the night of October 27, 2016, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Pine Bluff police officers responded to reports of an injured individual near 13th and Sycamore. Upon arrival, they discovered 56-year-old William Dulaney Sr. in the backyard of a residence in the 3200 block of W. 15th Street, bleeding from a head wound later determined to be a gunshot injury.
