On the night of February 7, 2017, 18-year-old Alexander "Alec" Reed was fatally shot during an attempted robbery at an apartment on Par Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas. Reed, along with three other individuals—21-year-old Quinn Muller, 18-year-old Rachael Benson, and 19-year-old Stephanie Waters—sustained gunshot wounds during the incident. Tragically, Reed succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the others were transported to a local hospital and were expected to recover.
