In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 20-year-old Jayshawn Rozzae Hammock was tragically cut short. On March 12, 2024, the Little Rock Police Department received a call reporting shots fired in the vicinity of 1817 Reservoir Road.
