In the early morning hours, the quiet of a Little Rock, Arkansas neighborhood was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Responding to a call at approximately 2:50 a.m., officers from the 12th Street Division of the Little Rock Police Department arrived at a residence on Johnson Street to find a grim scene.
