On a late Thursday afternoon in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 23-year-old Elijah Tolbert was tragically cut short. On July 25, 2024, officers from the Little Rock Police Department were dispatched to 2124 Labette Manor shortly before 3:40 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
