Robert Louis Overton, Jr., a 28-year-old resident of Little Rock, Arkansas, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2023. The incident occurred just after midnight near the intersection of Baseline Road and Geyer Springs Road. Overton was found by Southwest Patrol Officers responding to a report of a shooting at 5924 Baseline Road, the address of a Citgo gas station and convenience store.
