On July 7, 2017, at approximately 6:30 a.m., 23-year-old Dewayne Antoin Manning was found fatally shot outside a residence in the 400 block of North Bridge Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The Jonesboro Police Department identified Manning as the victim and initiated an investigation into the incident.
