On June 10, 2024, 39-year-old Latasha Cureton, a mother of six, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting at her home on Morgan Street in Gastonia, North Carolina. At approximately 11:55 p.m., while Cureton was asleep in her bedroom, an unknown assailant fired multiple rounds into the residence.
