Death by Force

In the early hours of July 28, 2017, at approximately 3:38 a.m., North Little Rock police officers responded to a shooting in the 4800 block of Ira Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 36-year-old Damian O'Neal Mitchell lying in the street with a fatal gunshot wound. Mitchell, a resident of North Little Rock, was pronounced dead at the scene.
