Murdered

On May 15, 2018, at approximately 9:15 PM, 29-year-old Ingram L. Brooks was fatally shot in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Officers responded to the intersection of Carbon and North Spears streets, a residential area on the city's northwest side, where they found Brooks lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the upper body. Despite efforts to provide medical assistance, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
