In the late afternoon hours of a December day in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, a heated argument between two men escalated into a fatal encounter. Brandy Crutchfield, a 29-year-old male, was in the parking lot of an apartment complex on South Olive Street when the dispute turned violent.
