In the summer of 2014, a quiet neighborhood in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, was disrupted by a grim discovery that left the community in shock. On the morning of July 11th, the bodies of 62-year-old Anthony Branch, a male, and 58-year-old Deborah Moncrief were found inside Moncrief's residence on Cowboy Drive. The couple, described by neighbors as friendly and often seen walking their dogs, had their lives tragically cut short in what investigators quickly determined to be a targeted act of violence.
