On February 23, 2023, a fatal incident occurred in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, involving 20-year-old Kendrin Hicks. At approximately 10:15 PM, Pine Bluff Police Officers responded to a reported vehicle accident with injuries near the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Hutchinson Street. Upon arrival, they found a grey car that had struck a telephone pole just east of Hutchinson on 3rd Avenue.
