Brandon Dement, a 36-year-old Black male, was shot outside a residence on South Maple Street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on the night of June 6, 2021. Police were dispatched around 9:15 p.m. to 2120 South Maple, where officers found him wounded in front of the home; he was transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead around 10 p.m.
