On August 26, 2018, Raymond Buchanan, a 29-year-old resident of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, was fatally shot. Authorities responded to a shooting incident at 1911 S. Amis Street in Pine Bluff, where they discovered Buchanan's body. The police investigation into his death revealed that Buchanan had been involved in a domestic dispute prior to the shooting.
