On the evening of August 15, 2019, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 37-year-old Fenton Gerald Tolbert was discovered unresponsive in the driver's seat of his vehicle. The car was situated at the intersection of 18th and Linden streets. Emergency services were called to the scene, and it was soon determined that Tolbert had sustained a gunshot wound. Despite any efforts to render aid, he was pronounced deceased at 9:42 p.m. by the Deputy Coroner.
