On a Sunday morning in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the life of 22-year-old Norris Perry, a Black male, was cut short by gunfire. The fatal encounter unfolded on October 10, 2021, at the Camelot Apartments on Old Warren Road. When police officers arrived at the scene in response to a shooting, they discovered Perry's body.
