On the evening of April 7, 2022, at approximately 6:56 p.m., Jefferson County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a shooting incident at a residence in the 3100 block of Eva Drive, near the Hardin Community in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Upon arrival, they discovered 33-year-old Anthony Alexander, who had been fatally shot. Deputy Coroner Eric Belcher pronounced Alexander deceased at the scene.
