On the evening of January 18, 2014, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, leaving a devastating impact on the community. When police responded to reports of a shooting at the Regency Arms Apartments on East 36th Avenue, they discovered a chaotic and tragic scene. Three individuals had been struck by bullets in what was described as a triple shooting.
