On September 3, 2020, 69-year-old Horace Harrington was fatally shot outside his residence at 3101 Lilac Street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Responding officers from the Pine Bluff Police Department found Harrington with gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
