William Earl Burnett, Sr., a 41-year-old resident of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away on December 24, 2023, due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred early Sunday morning when Pine Bluff police were called to a shooting at 1313 S. Blake St. around 2:09 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found spent shell casings and blood trails but did not locate a victim at the scene.
