In the early morning hours of a Thursday in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the life of 28-year-old Marquise Donte Williams was tragically cut short. On January 10, 2019, police officers responded to a call and discovered a grim scene near the intersection of 10th Avenue and Juniper Street.
