On September 11, 2014, 25-year-old Reggie Willis was fatally shot in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Reports indicate that he was a 2010 graduate of Pine Bluff High School. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, and authorities responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunshots in the area.
