In the early morning hours of September 11, 2014, the life of 25-year-old Reggie Willis, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. A 2010 graduate of Pine Bluff High School, Willis was discovered in a lot at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Spruce Street after a passing train crew spotted his body and alerted the authorities.
