On July 7, 2018, at approximately 10:30 p.m., 64-year-old Maurice Michael Culberson was found fatally shot inside his vehicle on the 1300 block of Jefferson Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. Witnesses reported seeing two young Black males fleeing the scene on foot after the gunfire.
