On a tragic day in North Little Rock, Arkansas, the lives of a mother and daughter were cut short in a devastating act of violence. Deborah Debbie Henderson Allen, a 61-year-old woman, was killed on November 18, 2020. Her death was the result of a shooting that also claimed the life of her 31-year-old daughter, Amanda DeWitt.
