Jalen Robert Hogue, an 18-year-old from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically killed on May 28, 2018, Memorial Day. His death occurred at a house on the 15700 block of Mansfield, between Midland and Pilgrim Street, where he had been living with friends since moving out of his mother's house in January of that year.
