In the autumn of 2016, a promising young life was tragically cut short in North Little Rock, Arkansas. On the evening of October 18th, police responded to a call about a shooting at an apartment complex on Flora Street. There, they discovered 18-year-old Yasha Bonds, a Black female, lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to her head. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
