On the cold morning of January 19, 2018, the life of 30-year-old April N. Harris, a devoted mother of four, was tragically cut short in a brazen act of violence outside her North Little Rock, Arkansas, apartment. As she was beginning her day, preparing to take her children to school, a horrifying scene unfolded at the Fairfax Crossing Apartments.
