In the early morning hours of August 8, 2020, the life of Shameka Nicole Stewart, a 42-year-old Black female from North Little Rock, Arkansas, was tragically cut short. At approximately 3:34 a.m., North Little Rock Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 800 block of West 25th Street.
