In the early morning hours of November 6, 2021, the life of D’Vante Travarious Marshane Razor, a 29-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. The fatal incident occurred in his birthplace of Blytheville, Arkansas, though he was a resident of Memphis, Tennessee at the time. The setting was a banquet hall situated in the 1900 block of West Rose Street, where violence erupted around 2 a.m. When law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Razor deceased.
