On the evening of April 7, 2017, the life of 23-year-old Delvin 'Buckii' Meadows, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in his lifelong hometown of Blytheville, Arkansas. Meadows, an aspiring musician who worked as a cashier at Walmart, was found unresponsive on a neighbor's porch on the city's west side. He had suffered a gunshot wound to his upper chest. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after.
