Xavier David Quiroz, a 13-year-old boy from Chicago, Illinois, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2020. Xavier was standing in the 5500 block of South Archer Avenue around 9 a.m. when he was shot multiple times. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn with gunshot wounds to his back and shoulder, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
