On the night of January 21, 2022, violence erupted outside the La Changes nightclub in Little Rock, Arkansas, claiming the life of 38-year-old Andre Luckey. The male victim was one of two individuals who suffered fatal gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the establishment located in the 3300 block of Roosevelt Road. The other victim was identified as 44-year-old Jimmie Johnson.

When Little Rock police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered both men with gunshot injuries. One of the victims was pronounced dead at the location, while the other was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his wounds. Both men were then transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for autopsies to be performed.

The investigation into the double homicide led to the identification of two suspects. Authorities arrested 22-year-old Paul Williams, who was subsequently charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the shootings. He was taken into custody and held at the Pulaski County jail.

In addition to Williams, law enforcement officials also identified a second suspect, 48-year-old Paul Brown. A warrant was issued for Brown's arrest on a charge of first-degree murder, as authorities continued to seek his whereabouts following the incident that cut short the lives of Andre Luckey and Jimmie Johnson.
