On March 19, 2017, 19-year-old Brent Cartwright was fatally shot in a parking lot at 6420 Colonel Glenn Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident occurred just before 11:00 p.m., and Cartwright was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
