On the evening of November 23, 2024, 25-year-old Aneudy Santamaria was fatally shot outside his residence at 689 East 233rd Street in the Wakefield neighborhood of the Bronx, New York. The incident occurred around 10:35 p.m., following an argument that escalated into gunfire. Santamaria was discovered with a gunshot wound to his back and was transported to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
