In the winter of 2014, a young man's life was tragically cut short in the Bronx. Christian Hernandez, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on January 5th in the lobby of his residence at the Castle Hill Houses on Olmstead Avenue. The incident occurred in the early afternoon, around 2 p.m., when Hernandez sustained two gunshot wounds to his torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
