In the early hours of a Thursday morning in the Bronx, a grim discovery was made that would forever alter the lives of a local family. On July 2, 2020, police responded to a call in the vicinity of Depot Place and Sedgwick Avenue. Inside a parked vehicle, officers found 30-year-old Richard Dominguez and another man, both unconscious and unresponsive.
