Inside a parked vehicle, officers found 30-year-old Richard Dominguez and another man, both unconscious and unresponsive. Both men had been shot in the back of the head in what was described as an execution-style double murder.
Emergency medical services arrived at the scene and pronounced both Richard Dominguez and the other victim, later identified as Israel Cabrera, deceased. Richard, a father of three, was found in the driver's seat.
