Yunior Marquez, a 21-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2016. Marquez, who had partial paralysis on his right side, was shot in the head while standing across from the Morton Playground in Morris Heights. The incident occurred during a gang-related shootout, and Marquez was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire.
